Time warming up and stretching: 15 minutes
When: 7:00-8:15 (36 minutes routine)
Where: Across the dike, flat grassy surface
How Far: 2.25 miles to 3 miles
Weather Outside: 32 degrees, frosty, sunny, no wind
Diet: none yet today, Chinese and pizza yesterday
Sleep patterns: 11:00 pm-7:00 am, well rested
Physical conditions: Think I need a sports bra....
Other: Thirteen week program, run 1 min, walk 2 minutes 12 x's for 36 minutes. Week 1
